Who can receive care at Curatif Behavioral Health?
We provide individualized psychiatric care for adults aged 18 and older. Our approach is patient centered and evidence based, with treatment guided by each individual's needs, concerns, and goals.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Telehealth appointments may be available depending on your location and the services you need. Patients must be location in a state where the provider is authorized to practice at the time of their appointment. Please contact us to confirm availability in your state.
What services do you offer?
We offer psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy, with care tailored to your individual needs. Our goal is to support your mental and emotional well-being through a collaborative approach that considers the whole person.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask patients to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $100.00 fee, subject to the practices policies and applicable requirements.
Do you accept insurance?
We are in network with select insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross, UnitedHealthcare. Coverage and benefits vary by plan; we encourage you to verify your benefits before your appointment. Self-pay options are also available.
What if I need help during a mental health emergency?
Curatif Behavioral Health is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing an immediate emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
